Tiny Haul

Sometimes I feel like I'm never going to get a day off. As I'm typing this I just got a call from work asking me to come in again. Oh well :(

I nipped into Primark this morning to try and pick up some new shoes for work, and I got drawn in by a few pretty things, so I thought I'd share them with you!

Jumper - £14. Earrings - £3. Gel eyeliner in Black from Collection 2000 in Superdrug - £3.99.

Both bags £6.

Both shoes £8. (The ones on the right are showing up purple but they're a taupey brown in real life.)

I'm really impressed with Primark at the moment, they have a lot of rubbish in but there's some real hidden gems in there too! I think I'm going to pick up the grey jumper in the other beige colour too as the fit of it is lovely :) (And there's no horrible pockets or 3/4 length sleeves in sight!)

Thank god it's over!

Hi everyone!

I'm so sorry I disappeared again, but I promise it was with good reason.

I had an exam to sit yesterday, and once I came back from holiday it was full speed ahead with revision. In the end I spent the last 48 hours up almost constantly just sat revising with no breaks whatsoever. I slept for 3 hours one day, from 6am-9am and then kept going until 6am the next day (yesterday) when I slept for 1 (!) hour until 7. I then got up again and worked until 2 which was when my exam was and sat it for 3 hours. Needless to say I'm a bit shattered and I hope it paid off!

I still need to catch up on my sleep but last night has left me feeling so much better. I completely went off my food and ate half a lemon mousse in the last 30ish hours - I think I was too stressed to even eat haha! Well at least there's a small benefit in that I lost all 3 pounds of my holiday weight that I put on, within a week. I'm now 3 pounds off my goal weight so fingers crossed it'll happen quickly and not drag on :)

Megan is coming up today which I'm really looking forward to. She was looking after one of the rabbits for us while we were on holiday so she's bringing her back up to us :) At the moment one of my other friends is here, she came back to ours after the exam yesterday as she was a bit upset, so I think we're just going to chill out (I might even crack open a bottle of wine... which would work since she doesn't drink so all the more for me hehe!)

What's in my fridge?

I finally got some food back in the house! I don't have to starve anymore hehe :)

I always try to eat as healthily as possible, and a few things in here are things that never really leave my fridge. The chocolate for example goes down very slowly, but it's good to know if I want some there's plenty there!

Grocery Time!

So I'm finally back in Leeds after our holiday. It's been an amazing almost two weeks and I'm sad to leave it behind, but I'm also super happy to be back in our little house (even though I have a list as long as my arm of jobs to do!).

One thing you can definitely tell I need to do ASAP is get my tush down to Sainsburys! I'm afraid that empty doesn't even cover my fridge, it looks practically desolate, and this is after I lifted some meat out of the Freezer!

I always love to watch Grocery Hauls; I have no idea why, it must be a weird thing about me hehe, so I might pop one up when I get back.

(Eggs and Cocktails for tea at this rate!)

I also need to do some paperwork and some blog work while I tackle the mountain of washing that needs doing after the holiday. Thankfully Geordie Shore is firmly series linked in our house so it looks like we have a bit of catching up to do this evening, and maybe even an episode or two of the Bachelor too!

Tomorrow I have a heap of Land Law work to do and I need to sort out picking up the rabbit from Megan, and also find out my work hours for this month! Whew!
