Christmas Inspiration

Hello Darlings,

I've been for an emergency dental appointment this morning and now I have that lovely numb mouth thing going on. Fingers crossed I'll actually get some sleep tonight because the last 2 have been torture!
I have a silly amount of things to get done today. But the weather is freezing and it's pouring down, so it's safe to say I'll be doing it snuggled up in my cosy jumper at home with the candles and the heating on full blast.

Now that Bonfire Night has passed it's officially time to get excited about Christmas. Our decorations are going up next week as Alex is away on a couple of business trips in December and I'm going away for a week with my mum. It's always been a tradition in my family, she used to go with her mum, and now she takes me. I look forward to it all year and it's something I'm keen to carry on with my own daughter one day. Alongside that, I always go home to my parents' house for Christmas - it's a big deal in my family and if I missed it I'd be for the high jump! So with all that taken into consideration, we decided we'd best get them up early so we could enjoy them fully.

These are a few things that are giving me inspiration for the festive season at the moment!

 Have a lovely day everyone,

Lea
